04.07.2016 - Activity in the UK’s construction sector began to decline

Today in the UK was published an important statistics on the construction PMI, which in June fell sharply to 46.0, against the forecast of 50.6 and 51.2 in the previous month. It is worth noting that the construction sector was a key driver of growth for the UK economy after the financial crisis. Exit of the UK from the EU will become the reason for moving large numbers of people on the mainland of Europe in connection with the expected changes in the legislation for foreign citizens, as well as the loss of the status of Europe's financial capital by London. We expect a further fall in the price of the British pound with the targets 1.3000 and 1.2600.
