05.05.2014 - We expect the correction of euro

The price of euro after a strong increase in volatility on Friday has reached the level of 1.3880, but failed to gain a foothold above it and began to correct downwards. The reason for the increased volatility has become positive statistics on the U.S. labor market, which has led to the strengthening of the dollar, and then the news on clashes in Ukraine has raised the price of euro again. For the continued growth, the price needs to gain a foothold above the mark of 1.3900. We expect continued downward movement with the targets near 1,3820 and 1,3800 and keep long-term and a negative outlook for the euro.
