08.04.2015 - FedEx wants to increase its market share in Europe

American corporation that provides services in courier delivery, logistics and postal services FedEx announced its intention to purchase the Dutch company TNT Express for about 4.8 billion US dollars. This step will allow the company to expand market share in Europe. The deal was approved by the Board of Directors of the Dutch company.
