09.03.2016 - Technical view on stock indexes

The price of the futures on the American stock index S&P500 keeps moving near the level of 1990 and is currently showing a slight increase along the inclined line of support and in case of breaking through it may continue to decrease until 1950 and 1910. The growth of quotations in the near future is limited by the levels 2020 and 2050 and an inclined resistance line. After a long consolidation, we are waiting for a strong price movement and maintain a negative outlook for the coming months.

Nearest resistance levels: 2000, 2020, 2050, 2065, 2080

Nearest levels of support: 1990, 1950, 1910, 1860, 1820, 1800, 1780, 1750, 1720

The price of the futures on the German stock index DAX30 is consolidated within the range 9600-9800. In case of breaking through the lower boundary of this range, quotes, will fall to 9100. On the other hand, the more likely scenario is a break of 9800 and a further increase to 10150 and 10800. Our medium-term outlook remains positive.

Nearest resistance levels: 9800, 10150, 10400, 10800, 11000, 11200

Nearest levels of support: 9100, 9000, 8500, 7900, 7500

The price of the futures on the Japanese stock index Nikkei225 continues to a gradual decline after could not continue its growth and reach the level of 17250. In case of further decline and breaking through the lower boundary of the channel and the level of 16300, the price will continue to fall to 15700 and 15000. On the other hand, quotations may resume growth after overcoming the nearest target at 17250, the growth may continue until the 17500 and 18000. We expect the price growth in the near future.

Nearest support levels are: 16300, 15700, 15000, 12500
