09.04.2014 - British economy grows better than others

IMF revised the forecasts for GDP growth in the UK to 2.9% in 2014 and 2.5% in 2014. It was noted that the economy grows better than in other developed countries. Also yesterday, was published the data on industrial production, which grew by 0.9% in March, against the forecast of growth by 0.3%. On this background the price has reached the upper limit of the local rising channel and resistance at 1.6750. At the moment, there is a possibility of price correction to 1,6670-1,6650. When fixing the price above 1.6750, we expect continued growth to 1.6820. We reserve the medium and long term positive outlook for the pound.
