10.03.2015 - Inflation data has led to the fall on the Chinese market

The Chinese market showed a decrease after the publication of data on the consumer price index, which remained below the target level. It is worth noting that the rate reached 1.4%, which is 0.6% better than the January values. Investors negative perceived news on the growth of deflation in the price of production. So the producer price index showed a decrease to 4.8%, against 4.3% in the previous month. This fact indicates a problem in the industry of the country and is pushing the government for new stimulus measures. It is worth noting that the crisis in the construction sector is another key issue for the country. We maintain a positive medium-term outlook for the Chinese stock market, but may revise our forecast.
