Construction company D.R. Horton reported a profit growth of 44% over for the previous quarter. The quarterly dividend was raised to 8 cents per common share, compared with the last dividend paid 6.2 cents per share. Rising consumer confidence and low mortgage rates helped to boost sales of houses. As a result, the company received $ 238.9 million against $ 166.3 million profit for the same period of the last year. Sales rose to 3.04 billion. We expect further growth in the company's shares by 25-30% per annum.
