11.02.2015 - We expect increased volatility on the New Zealand dollar

The price of the New Zealand dollar continues to consolidate within the local triangle. In case of breaking the inclined support line and fixing of quotes below the local minimum at 0.7340, we recommend to open short positions with a stop above 0.7450 and 0.7200 at objectives and 0.7000. On the other hand, fixing above 0.7440 will be the basis for continued growth to 0.7500 and 0.7620. We maintain our medium-term negative outlook and recommend holding short positions on the New Zealand dollar.
