11.05.2015 - Morgan Stanley increased its profit

Morgan Stanley reported a profit for the first quarter. Thus, profit rose to 2.39 billion dollars against 1.51 billion at the same period of the last year. In recalculation per share, the profit totaled 85 cents against 78 cents expected. Revenue rose to 9.91 billion vs. forecasted 9.17 billion. The main revenue came from trading - 4.08 billion dollars. We keep medium-term positive outlook for the stock in the medium term despite the possible correction on the stock markets in the near future.
