Google Inc. has agreed to buy satellite startup Skybox Imaging for $ 500 million. Skybox Imaging Company was founded in 2009 and deals with shooting the Earth's surface using small satellites. Despite the fact that Google has stated that the company is bought primarily for filming the earth from space, but at the same time underline their intention to provide access to the Internet in isolated areas and areas where there is poor access to the Internet.

Considering steady growth in revenues and prospects for increase in the number of users of Google, we maintain a long-term positive outlook and expect that in the medium term, the company's stock will rise in price by 12-15%.
