12.05.2015 - Verizon Communications will buy AOL

Shares of AOL show strong growth in premarket trading on Tuesday after the company, which deals with Internet content, approved the deal under which Verizon Communications will acquire AOL. The cost of the transaction will be $ 4.4 billion. Verizon Communications will pay $ 50 for each share of AOL. The transaction will be completed this summer. We expect growth of quotations of AOL soon and for the year growth may be around 50-55%.
