The price of the futures on the American stock index S&P500 reached another target level of 1900 and now is consolidating near this level. In the near future, quotes may correct up to the top boundary of the channel and the levels of 1915-1920. We maintain a medium-term negative outlook and recommend holding short positions with the target near 1780.

Nearest support levels: 1900, 1886, 1873, 1820, 1780

The price of the futures on the German stock index DAX30 after falling to the next target level of 8900, has continued to decrease and moves to the next target of about 8600. In case of correction, quotes will rise to 8900 and 9000. The most probable is the continuation of the downward price movement in the near future. We maintain a medium-term negative outlook and recommend holding short positions with a stop above 9200 and the objectives near 8000.

Forecast for July 2014

The price of the futures on the Japanese stock index Nikkei225 after breaking the lower limit of the downward channel has reached target level of 14800, but could not overcome it and rebounded upwards. Currently quotes are trying to consolidate below the downtrend channel. We expect a continuation of the current negative price dynamics in the medium term to levels 14500 and 14000. Stop should be set above 15500.
