13.06.2014 - CBS and Time Warner want to get a Spanish audiences
CBS Corporation and Time Warner are considering buying consortium Univision Communications, which owns one of the largest Spanish speaking television providers. Owners of the company expect to receive not less than $ 20 billion for the shares of the consortium, which they bought for $ 13.7 billion in 2007.
At the same time there is information that the company is planned to go public in the next year or to be sold to Mexico's Grupo Televisa SA. In any case, a segment of the Hispanic television is growing and we are upbeat on the desire to buy this company by CBS and Time Warner.
