18.02.2016 - The Australian dollar may fall in the near future

The price of the Australian dollar showed a strong rise yesterday, but it was not able to continue after reaching the level of 0.7180 and at the moment is corrected downwards. Fixation above resistance at 0.7180 will be a signal for opening long positions with the growth potential up to 0.7365. Our medium-term outlook remains negative and we are forecasting a fall in price in the near future, with the potential of reaching the levels 0,7000-0,7050, after which the decline may continue until 0,6800-0,6840.
