The company Smith & Wesson announced its intention to buy the manufacturer of knives Taylor Brands Technologies for 85 million dollars. It should be noted that revenue producer of knives was 39 million dollars in 12 months. The Smith & Wesson do not expect the effect of this transaction at results for the second quarter.
