21.07.2016 - Intel's profit fell to 1.33 billion dollars

The American company Intel announced the decline in profits in the second quarter. The company said about reduction of 6000 employees. In addition, the company noted the intention to cut 12000 jobs, or 11% of the total workforce. The company's revenue for the quarter rose by 2.6% to 13.53 billion dollars, and the profit totaled 1.33 billion dollars. In the near future, prices may show a decrease in case of a general deterioration in investor sentiment in the coming months, but the medium-term outlook remains positive.
