22.02.2016 - HSBC posted a loss of 1.33 billion in Q4

HSBC reported for the 4th quarter of last year. According to the bank, the loss for the period totaled 1.33 billion dollars against 511 million dollars during the same period in 2014. The reason for the deteriorating of financial performance became bad loans in North America and losses from hedging. Recently, the bank said that Asia will remain a priority region for HSBC growth. During the year, profit fell to 13.5 billion, and revenue fell to 59.8 billion dollars. Net interest income from lending fell by 5.7% to 8.1 billion. Despite the current drop in prices, we expect the resumption of bank shares growing by 35-40% per annum in the medium term after stabilization of the situation on the markets of China.
