22.09.2015 - Statistics from the UK continues to have a negative impact on the pound
Industrial production in September slowed in the UK. Expectations for growth in the next three months were the lowest since October 2013. The balance of production orders in the country totaled -7 in September against -1 in August. It is predicted that in the next quarter balance will grow to 9. At this point the British pound is under the pressure from a stronger US dollar and a weak macroeconomic data. We expect the price decline in the near future and medium term.
