22.07.2014 - Yahoo is moving in the right direction

Yahoo has announced its intention to acquire the developer of analytical applications Flurry. The company's software helps to determine how works the mobile advertising to users of Android and IOS. Leading market positions of online advertising is occupied by Google Inc. and Facebook, and the acquisition of shares of the company Flurry for $ 200 million Yahoo can improve position in the advertising market and positively influence on company's financial performance.

Currently about 450 million people are using mobile applications developed by Yahoo, but this fact is not yet able to significantly affect the financial performance of the company. Purchasing of Flurry is estimated by us as a positive step, as a result we recommend to buy Yahoo shares over the medium term with the potential of growth by 7-8%.
