29.05.2015 - Intel is trying to buy Altera

Intel continues negotiations on buying smaller chipmaker Altera for 15 billion. For each share of the company in accordance with the information persons close to the negotiations Intel is ready to pay 54 US dollars per share. We recall that in April, Altera rejected a similar proposal, but after that, the company posted a weak report on the financial results for the first quarter, and this fact increases the likelihood of positive outcome of negotiations. We recommend buying shares of Intel company with potential of growth by 22-25% for the year.
