30.07.2015 - The outlook on the Japanese yen remains negative

Statistics on industrial production in Japan today supported the optimism of investors. In June index rose by 0.8%, against expected growth of about 0.4%. During the year the indicator grew by 2.0%. At the same time, the report indicated that industrial production fell in the second quarter by 1.5%. In this regard, analysts predict the reduction of Japan's GDP in the second quarter. Given the expectation of reduction in GDP and soft monetary policy, we expect a price drop of the Japanese yen in the medium term.
